Mr. Christopher Woloszyk
My name is Christopher Woloszyk. I graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2018 with a Bachelors in Secondary Education specializing in Chemistry. I am excited and honored to be a part of the Altoona Area School District.
In addition to teaching 7th through 12th grade Science at the William P. Kimmel Alternative School, I also instruct the Altoona Cyber Academy courses in Physics, Chemistry, and Physical Science.
I enjoy any activity that allows me to be in the outdoors. I spend my time hiking, fishing, mountain biking, backpacking, camping, and kayaking in the summer. You'll find me on the slopes in the winter, skiing and occasionally snowboarding. My interest in Science extends out of the classroom. I enjoy reading and studying on a variety of topics in modern Science. I am a self-professed Maker and STEM enthusiast. 3D printing, Computer Aided Drafting, electronics design, software development, and other topics that combine the abstract concepts in Science and real-world problems are a passion of mine.
