This quote expresses my passion for educating others about the value of their own personal health and wellness. Mentally, physically, and socially we all need continuous factual information on how to keep ourselves feeling our best! I love sharing my knowledge with others. I previously taught elementary physical education in the Altoona Area School District for 16 years. I taught 7th grade Health at AAJHS for 9 years and now I currently teach Health at AAHS to our wonderful 10th graders! I also teach in our own Altoona Cyber Academy and have hard working cyber students learning about their health. I am an Assistant Student Council Advisor for the 11th and 12th grade classes. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, exercising and reading!
