Greetings!

Mr. Blough & Ben Franklin

AAHS alumnus (class of '06). I am currently in my 14th year in this district, where I teach sections of Civics (grade 9) and AP U.S. Government & Politics (grades 11-12).

In 2010, I graduated from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Political Science and a B.S. in Secondary Education. In 2014, I earned my masters degree in education from California University of Pennsylvania.

Recently, I have been fortunate enough to attend summer teaching workshops and fellowships at The Gilder Lehrman Institute, Stanford University, C-SPAN Headquarters, James Madison University, The College of William & Mary, and the USS Midway Institute in San Diego, CA.  I am also an annual scorer for the free-response questions on the AP US Government & Politics national exam.

Outside of my profession, you'll find me spending a lot of time enjoying the gift of nature in the great outdoors.
